Developmental Evaluations ages 0-5yrs: ~ 60 minutes
OT Sessions: ~ 45 minutes
Speech Sessions: ~ 45 minutes
Authorization: Parent signature
Additional In-Home Fee: up to $100 may apply depending on the location
